Birodo
Birodo is a reg CSHA, Cdn TB, Jockey Club and Approved AQHA Mare. Her rich bay color with a white star, makes Birodo a flashy mare in the ring. Birodo had started as a hunter, showing the first time at Spruce Meadows, with a strong 2nd place finish. Then the worst happened and Birodo had an early hock injury ending her show career.
Birodo is a very big hearted mare and a very special mare, she has almost died twice. Both times while in foal and the first was a hard battle against strangles (of the worst type). The second time in she was in her third trimester and had an accident. She has pulled through and still threw wonderful foals.

Birodo is out of Play For Time, a double grand champion at the Toronto Winter Fair in 1991, By Velvet Treasure (Lord Treasurer) a stakes champion.
Wishart is Birodo's second foal. The first one is a pretty AQHA filly that became a family friend, barrel racer, trail horse and a very talented hunter..
